Ordering Shop by browsing through the departments in the "Shop For" section of the website. Click on the image or title of the item you would like to look at, you will then see the item with its full description, price and details. Add the item(s) to your shopping basket by selecting the quantity and clicking the "Add to Basket" button. Once you have added an item to your shopping basket you will be taken to your shopping basket where you can review and amend your selections. You can either click on the "Keep Shopping" button which will take you back to the store departments or click the "checkout" button to proceed with entering your delivery and payment details. To delete an item from your shopping basket, click on the "Remove Item from Shopping" button next to the item. To change the number of items, select the new quantity in the "Quantity" box and click on "Update Basket". Please note that until you proceed to the checkout, items in your shopping basket are not reserved from existing stock levels. Once you have clicked "Checkout", follow the onscreen checkout procedure instructions for entering your delivery address, any gift message and payment instructions. A summary of your order will be displayed which you can print out as a reference for the order that you have made. We will also send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and are processing your order. We will not take the funds for your purchase until we are ready to dispatch your item(s). You will receive an email once your item(s) have been dispatched along with your tracking code should you wish to track and trace your parcel through the Royal Mail website. Please note: Changes to your order cannot be made once it is completed. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds section for details on obtaining a refund if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase. We do not accept postal, fax or telephone orders.
