Returns
If you wish to return an item you have received, you can return it to MYBRIDESMAID provided it is in perfect condition, unopened and unused. Items should be returned in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of the complete set, not individual items. We cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics or fragrances and apparel that has been opened or worn. 

Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method - no cash refunds are available. Items should be returned via Royal Mail. We recommend Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ but as a minimum, please obtain a certificate of posting since we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice (or invoice number) must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return (see the space on invoice provided). Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable. 

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for the purchase made from the website anytime from the date you placed the order until seven working days after the goods are delivered. If you choose to cancel your order you must notify us in writing, either by letter or email to: customerservice@mybridesmaid.com 

If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel the order you will be required to return the item(s) and to pay the postage costs of the return. Items personalised for you may not be cancelled or refunded.
